INDIVIDUAL MEMBERS are those persons interested in paddling

• Individual Members must be 16 years of age or older.
• Each member shall be eligible for CKNB discounts for publications, goods and services as available.
• Individual Members shall have access to CKNB’s Liability Insurance.
• Individual Members have access to CKNB Equipment in accordance with all applicable Policies and Policy Support documents.
• Members may take CKNB sanctioned courses without “Course Fees”; however Instructor Fees may still apply.
• A Member in good standing of a CKNB affiliate club can become an Individual Member of CKNB upon payment of a discounted membership dues rate of $10 / year.
• An Individual member of voting age shall have one vote at the Annual General Meeting and at Special Meetings.
• Individual membership dues are $15.00 / year.

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP is an extension of individual membership encompassing immediate family members living under the same roof who are still dependent on the family unit (i.e. parent, grandparent or child going to school, or supported for medical reasons).

• Each family member of voting age shall have one vote to a maximum of 3 votes per family at the Annual General Meeting and at Special Meetings.
• Each family member
• shall be eligible for CKNB discounts for publications, goods and services as available. 
• Each Family member shall have access to CKNB’s Liability Insurance.
• Family Members have access to CKNB Equipment in accordance with all applicable Policies and Policy Support documents.
• Members may take CKNB sanctioned courses without “Course Fees” however, Instructor Fees may still apply.
• Family membership dues are $35.00 / year.

CORPORATE MEMBERS  are businesses that share mutual interests with CKNB and carry out business dealings beneficial to both parties.

• Individual owners of a business may become Individual Members of CKNB upon payment of Individual Member dues.
• Corporate Members may make presentations to committees and at the Annual General Meeting.
• Corporate Members shall have the right to one advertisement on the CKNB website and the right to a brief notice and their corporate logo at the bottom of every CKNB newsletter or bulletin as per CKNB guidelines.
• Corporate Members have access to CKNB Equipment in accordance with all applicable Policies and Policy Support documents.
• Each Corporate membership shall be eligible for CKNB discounts for publications, goods and services as available. 
• Corporate Members shall have NO voting privileges.
• Corporate membership dues are $100.00 / year.

HONORARY MEMBERS  are those individuals who have provided distinguished service or support to paddling in New Brunswick and have been recognized as such.

• A nomination for Honorary Membership must be brought forward as a written Notice of Motion with rationale at an AGM or Special Meeting for approval. 
•  Honorary membership is granted for a period not to exceed 2 years.
• Honorary Members shall have NO voting privileges. 
• Honorary membership dues are is $0.00 / year.

LIFE MEMBERSHIP is granted to recognize those members who have demonstrated outstanding service during a long standing membership with CKNB.
